We're looking for a Catering Chef to own the production side of our growing catering operation. This isn't a line cook role or a traditional chef position — it's something more flexible, and for the right person, a lot more enjoyable.
You'll be responsible for preparing and executing catering orders across buffets, deliveries, and boxed lunches, handling prep for the BTB food truck, and fulfilling Goldbelly shipment orders. The work is real and the standards are high, but the schedule is more predictable than a restaurant kitchen and the pace is yours to manage.
What you'll be responsible for:
Executing catering orders to BTB standards, food truck prep, Goldbelly order fulfillment, maintaining food safety and quality across all catering output, and coordinating with the catering manager on logistics and timing.
What we're looking for:
Solid kitchen experience and the ability to work independently. You don't need to want to run a restaurant — you need to care about doing the work well. Someone who is organized, self-directed, and takes pride in the craft without needing the chaos of a dinner rush.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

About the Role
This is a front of house position, but it's not a traditional server role. There are no assigned sections or table ownership. Floor & Service Team Members work across the full front of house — hosting, running food, working the register, handling to-go and online orders, and supporting expo during service. The shift tells you where you're needed, and you show up for it.
This is a role for someone who takes hospitality seriously and works well with others.
Responsibilities
Welcome and orient guests from the moment they walk in
Run food accurately and communicate clearly between the floor and kitchen
Process orders and payments at the register
Manage to-go and online orders with accuracy and care
Support expo during high-volume service
Keep service areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
Contribute to a floor culture that guests can feel
What We're Looking For
Some restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; we'll train the right person
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and communicates well with teammates
Warm and attentive with guests
Able to stay focused and adaptable when the shift changes pace

Telva is a Balkan café in Webster Groves, and we're looking for a Front of House Manager who understands that great hospitality isn't defined by pace — it's defined by intention.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll oversee the guest experience, lead and develop the FOH team, and set the tone for every shift. You'll be on the floor, touching tables, solving problems, and keeping service moving without losing sight of why any of it matters.
What you'll be responsible for:
Leading daily service operations, coaching and holding the FOH team accountable, maintaining guest experience standards, and being a steady, reliable presence for both guests and staff.
What we're looking for:
Prior restaurant leadership experience, strong hospitality instincts, the ability to lead in a high-volume environment, and someone who takes genuine pride in the work.
Compensation:

Balkan Treat Box is one of the busiest restaurants in St. Louis, and expo is the heartbeat of every service. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in making sure every plate that leaves the kitchen is right.
This is a critical role. You're the last set of eyes before food reaches the guest — and in a high-volume counter service environment, your accuracy, communication, and composure directly shape the experience.
What you'll be responsible for:
Checking every plate for accuracy and presentation before it leaves the kitchen, communicating clearly between FOH and BOH, keeping the line moving during service, and maintaining organization and cleanliness at the expo station.
What we're looking for:
Restaurant experience preferred, strong attention to detail, ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, and someone who takes the handoff between kitchen and guest seriously.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Since then, we’ve grown into a brick-and-mortar restaurant, opened Telva café, built out The Ridge Room as a private event space, and expanded to the St. Louis CITY SC stadium—with more concepts in development.
