About the Role
This is a front of house position, but it's not a traditional server role. There are no assigned sections or table ownership. Floor & Service Team Members work across the full front of house — hosting, running food, working the register, handling to-go and online orders, and supporting expo during service. The shift tells you where you're needed, and you show up for it.
BTB is one of the busiest restaurants in St. Louis. The pace is real, and so is the team. This is a role for someone who takes hospitality seriously and works well with others.
Responsibilities
Welcome and orient guests from the moment they walk in
Run food accurately and communicate clearly between the floor and kitchen
