  • STEP 1: Heat a grill (best cooked over live fire, but can be cooked in cast iron)

  • STEP 2: Once the grill is hot, cook sausages on each side for 3-6 minutes (until medium)

  • STEP 3: While the sausages are on the grill, steam somun (bread) over meat while cooking.

  • STEP 4: Serve warm with Kajmak and diced white onion.

  • Step 1: Place Pide in cold oven

  • Step 2: Set oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 3: Once the oven reaches 350 and cheese is bubbling, take pides out of the oven quickly

  • Step 4: Brush with Butter

  • Step 5: Garnish with a dollop of Ajvar (Red Sauce) & Kajmak (White Sauce) and fresh herbs on top.
