  • About the Role

    Telva Barista is a hands-on hospitality role — crafting coffee and drinks to Telva's standard while keeping the counter warm, fast, and welcoming.

    What You'll Do

    Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other menu items to Telva's standards. Keep the counter and bar clean, organized, and ready for the rush. Greet and connect with guests — Telva's hospitality starts at the counter. Work efficiently during high-volume periods without sacrificing quality.

    What We're Looking For

    Barista or coffee experience preferred, not required — we'll train the right person. A genuine, warm attitude with guests. Ability to stay calm and consistent during a rush. Reliable and team-oriented.

  • About the Role

    This is a front of house position, but it's not a traditional server role. There are no assigned sections or table ownership. Floor & Service Team Members work across the full front of house — hosting, running food, working the register, handling to-go and online orders, and supporting expo during service. The shift tells you where you're needed, and you show up for it.

    This is a role for someone who takes hospitality seriously and works well with others.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome and orient guests from the moment they walk in

    • Run food accurately and communicate clearly between the floor and kitchen

    • Process orders and payments at the register

    • Manage to-go and online orders with accuracy and care

    • Support expo during high-volume service

    • Keep service areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift

    • Contribute to a floor culture that guests can feel

    What We're Looking For

    • Some restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; we'll train the right person

    • Can work 25+ hours a week

    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

    • Reliable, punctual, and communicates well with teammates

    • Warm and attentive with guests

    • Able to stay focused and adaptable when the shift changes pace

  • Balkan Treat Box is looking for an overnight baker to join our bread production team. You'll bake the breads that are at the heart of our menu, working independently overnight to have everything fresh and ready for morning service.

    Bread baking experience required. Bake to established recipes — mixing, proofing, shaping, baking, and cooling on schedule. Keep the bakery station clean, organized, and ready for the next shift. Comfortable working independently overnight with consistency and attention to detail.

    Compensation based on experience.

  • As Director of Operations, you'll be the operational backbone connecting ownership to the floor — with real authority over front-of-house across two concepts. This isn't a floor-manager role — you're running the operation that makes great service possible, not primarily working the floor yourself.

    What You'll Own

    • Multi-concept FOH leadership across Balkan Treat Box and Telva

    • Hiring, training, and performance management for front-of-house teams

    • Scheduling across both concepts

    • Service standards and guest experience at every location

    • Licensing — tracking renewals and staying ahead of deadlines

    • Cash deposits and reconciliation

    • Business correspondence and day-to-day admin

    • Being the first call for anything front-of-house during service

    • Coaching and developing managers, stepping in on the floor when needed

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally multi-location or high-volume/fast-growing

    • Experience managing other managers, not just a shift team

    • Comfort owning detail-heavy admin work — scheduling, licensing, cash handling

    • A track record of having hard conversations and making people better

    • Decisive under pressure — comfortable being the first call when something goes wrong

    • Genuine enthusiasm for the food and the culture
